My group has several dozen/hundred/thousand people in it. Do we all need an account on your website?
You will invite your participants to use the platform, and they will then be prompted to create an account. This process is simple and free, and each family only needs one account to submit their medical forms. Our price covers this entire service.
I don’t always know how many people will show up for my events. What if I pay for too many people? What about too few?
Reservations are valid for 1 year after purchase and allow for any number of events. If you need more participants, you can either make additional reservations ahead of time, or pay as you go at a monthly price.
I’m in charge of my group, but I’m not good with computer stuff. How tech-savvy do I need to be to run an event with this thing?
We strive to make our platform as intuitive as possible, and it is designed to adapt to whatever level of complexity you need. We also provide videos and webinars to walk you through anything you need to know.
