Why councils come to us

Summer camp shouldn’t start with a paperwork crisis. When Scouts arrive without the required forms, staff are pulled from the program to chase parents. Check-in lines back up. A Scout’s first day gets derailed. And the council that promised families a great camp experience starts the week behind. Every camp director has lived this. Medical staff are tracking down forms instead of caring for Scouts. Unit leaders bring forms to camp in folders, envelopes, and three-ring binders. If you use a different platform, we support PDF imports and CSV uploads, so nothing has to be entered twice.

How long does setup take? Most councils are up and running within a week of signing. Who handles support during camp season? We provide technical support to councils and parents for platform issues such as login or form submission errors. Can parents update forms after submitting? Yes. Parents have ongoing access to the Family Portal to update emergency contacts, add new medications, change physician information, and upload updated signed forms as needed. Forms also carry over year-over-year, so families don’t start from scratch every season.

Can unit leaders access their Scouts’ forms? Yes, with permission. Councils can grant unit leaders view-only access to their unit’s forms or submit access, which is especially useful when units want to verify their Scouts are ready for an upcoming event. The council controls who sees what, so access never extends beyond what the council allows.
